Business Development Manager – Real Estate Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Real Property Management MidTown is searching for a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional with real estate experience who is ready to grow with a dynamic, high-performing company.
In this role, you will spend your days connecting with and prospecting rental property owners, helping them understand the value and long-term advantages of partnering with a professional property management team like Real Property Management MidTown.
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will serve as the first point of contact for all new leads and referrals. Your job is to determine whether each prospect is a good fit, communicate our unique capabilities, and lay the foundation for an outstanding client experience.
Over time, the BDM becomes an essential part of our success story, acting as both a gatekeeper protecting the company from misaligned clients and a trusted guide attracting long-term, ideal-fit partners.
Responsibilities

Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads

Execute outbound outreach and build new strategic partnerships

Meet with qualified prospects to present and explain our residential management services

Convert prospects into clients and guide them through the onboarding process

Complete all required forms and documentation for new property onboarding

Maintain an active, well-documented pipeline in our CRM

Learn and follow our internal processes and applicable real estate laws

Build and nurture relationships to generate ongoing property management opportunities
